A simple dinner with home grown cherry tomatoes, lettuce and cucamelon.

Have you guys tried cucamelon? It is my first time trying it! Cucamelons are grape-sized fruits that look like watermelons but taste like cucumbers. They are rich in lycopenes, beta carotene, minerals and vitamin K,E,C and fiber. Aren’t they such cuties packed with nutrients?
